2023 Equipment Return Information

Equipment Return Dates

  • Cruncher - Monday, November 6th – 6:30pm to 8:30pm 

  • Atom – Tuesday, November 7th – 6:30pm to 8:30pm

  • PeeWee – Thursday, November 16th – 6:30pm to 8:00pm 

  • Final Return (for any age level) – Saturday, November 18th – 10:00am to 12:00pm 

Note that all equipment must be returned on the above dates whether or not your child is attending a camp in the offseason.

Bantam, U18 and Majors

Please have your players leave ALL of their equipment, (including jersey and pants) in their lockers after their final game. We will take care of washing pants and jerseys.  

Please also ensure that each locker is clearly marked so we know what equipment belongs to which player.

Off-Season Equipment Rental: 

If your child is attending an off-season camp, High Performance tryouts (U16/U18) or another football event where equipment is required, you may rent equipment from the St Vital Mustangs at a date to be determined and announced. 

All equipment must be returned first so it can be inspected, cleaned and inventoried before it is given out again.

What you need to know for Equipment Rental

  • The St Vital Mustangs will only rent equipment for football events that are sanctioned by Football Manitoba.

  • If you need to rent equipment, you will still need to come in on your equipment return night and return all of your equipment.

  • An equipment draw will be announced later in the year or early next year for those players that need to rent equipment for an offseason camp.

  • At that time you will need to come in and complete the rental form and waiver, pay the rental fee and re-submit an equipment deposit. 

  • The fee for equipment rental is $100.00.  If your child registers to play with the St Vital Mustangs in 2024, the $100.00 fee is applied to their 2024 registration. If they do not register to play in 2024, the fee is non-refundable. 

  • Once the camp/event is complete, arrangements must be made with the club to return the equipment by sending us a message via Contact Us >>
