We need your help in ensuring that the St Vital Mustangs continue to provide high quality football programming for the youth of our community. If you are a Mustang alumnus (players, coaches, board members), join our ever growing Alumni base by signing up below.
The Football Club has two events planned in the next 15 months. Included are our Annual Alumni Golf Tournament on June 11th, 2012 and our 65thAnniversary Dinner, which is scheduled for March 2013.
We're currently creating a database of all past Mustangs and we'd like to hear from you. We are also interested in any Mustang photos, etc. that you have from past years and would like to share with us. Many would be highlighted on this website and at other functions.

2012 Coaches Application
The coaches’ selection committee will select the Head Coach of the Bantam, Midget and Major teams prior to December 31 of each year. All other Head Coach vacancies will be filled prior to the start of the season.

The St Vital Mustangs pride ourselves on the ability to provide quality football programs for the youth of St Vital. From Terminator to Major 12 teams, consisting of nearly 400 players, participated over the past year with all teams making the play-offs. Of these 12 teams 6 participated in Football Manitoba’s Championship Weekend with 3 ending up as Champions (Atom, Midget and Major). Not bad eh. In addition, in the spring we fielded a girl’s team that lost in the Championship Final. Congratulations to all.
I would like to thank all of those who made this year possible. To the coaches, managers and trainers your time and dedication to your players cannot be questioned. As usual, the Board has spent an inordinate amount of time to ensure the Mustangs remain the premiere football program in the Province. I just have to add that these are a group of individuals who truly give from the heart. There is a perception out there that these people are paid, I can assure you they are not. To our sponsors, we could not do this without you. Your support is invaluable and very much appreciated. Although the football season is officially over, the work of the Mustangs organization is not. I trust that I will see you all at the banquets over the next few weeks. Check www.mustangsfootball.ca for all the details.
In closing, I would encourage you to get involved with the organization. We are always looking for people to assist us. Opportunities include sitting on our Mustang Alumni Dinner Committee (March 10th, 2012), Alumni Golf Tournament Committee (June 2012), and of course sitting on our Board of Directors.
