You may have noticed a few changes at the club lately.
We have made an incredible partnership with Home Depot. They agreed to donate money to acquire building materials, tools and provide volunteers to help make various improvements to our field.
Together with the Home Depot volunteers, our players and families pitched in to make the improvements to the our field.
Many thanks to all the volunteers that helped make this happen to showcase our field and reflect to everyone our pride in our organization.
Our bleachers were in rough shape. The wood was faded, weathered and sections were broken and unusable.
The wood was replaced with new pressure treated lumber and attached to the metal frame with new rust proof galvanized hardware. And the finishing touch? Painting the entire structure in our traditional team colours - black and Mustang red!
Yes. The helmets were returned to their rightful place along the entrance of our club, but not before getting a fresh coat of red paint. In addition, the posts were also painted black. By the way in case you were wondering, there are 340 of them.
The Media Booth
Our media booth got some paint as well. Stairs were painted. Yes, they were painted red and black. As well, the ad space under the media booth was cleaned up and painted.
Again, all this is possible with the help of the generous donations from Home Depot, Behr Paint and Prairie Forest Products Ltd.
