The Manitoba Major Football League (MMFL) is a three-down tackle football league for player's ages 18 to 22, with teams located in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. The League is a voting member of Football Manitoba.

In 2012, the MMFL fielded 8 teams at the following football clubs: St. Vital Mustangs, Interlake Thunder, Fort Garry Lions, North Winnipeg Nomads, St. James Rods, Greendell Falcons and Westman Wolverines.
