Home to the St. Vital Mustangs Football Club of Winnipeg, this beautiful, natural park setting is an ideal location for a social or wedding reception.
Hall capacity is 348 for socials and 240 for wedding receptions. Competitive prices and amenities.
Renters must provide their own liquor license, liquor, coffee, cream, sugar, coffee cups (coffee urns provided) and catering.

Hall Rental Rates For 2013
SOCIAL (8 PM to 1 AM)
Hall Capacity 348.....Rental rate is $1495.00 plus GST

RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

2 bartenders/supervisor
-
Mixes (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7Up, Ginger Ale, Clamato and orange juice)

All cups and ice
-
Set up/take down of tables and chairs and final clean up of hall

Ample parking
-
Kitchen facilities and coffee urns available. Renter to supply coffee/sugar/cream/cups.

Renter allowed 2 ½ hours for setup.
New Year's Eve Socials are $2100.00 (7pm-2am)

WEDDING RECEPTION (5pm to 1am)
Hall Capacity 240......Rental rate is $1800.00 plus GST

RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Renter allowed 3 ½ hours for decorating/setup the evening prior to the event.

2 bartenders /1 supervisor

Mixes (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7Up, Ginger Ale, Clamato and orange juice)

All cups and ice
-
Set up and take down of tables (rectangle) and chairs
-
Final clean up of hall
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of signing.
A post dated damage deposit cheque of $200.00 is also required. This will be returned subject to hall inspection.
